Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19 our Chinatown LA Shop is temporarily closed.  We are adding as much of our inventory online as possible.  We update constantly and daily!  

We are currently shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  If your order misses our delivery window we will ship on the next shipping day.  

Domestic Shipments are currently free and will ship USPS - shipping times range from 1-5 days depending on your location and distance from Los Angeles.  All quoted shipping times may vary with our shipping partners due to Covid-19.  

International Shipments have several choices of delivery partners.  DHL is our preferred international shipping partner.  The delivery is very fast and fully trackable.  USPS is a more cost effective shipment but the delivery can take up to a month and will not be trackable once it hits it's target country.  If the price of shipping is cost prohibitive - please email us at info@east-west-shop.com and we will do what we can to help you out!

Returns 
We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase!  However we are a small business and due to Covid-19 we can not take shop returns.  If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations please contact us within 30 days to receive a return shipping label for your item and you will be issued a store credit minus the cost of shipping.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts 
Gifts received without a receipt can be exchanged or a gift certificate will be issued for the current selling price once item is received.
